FIFA 23 has been out for over a week now. The game is slightly different from past years due to the new AcceleRATE system. This system means that some players with seemingly low-speed stats may now be faster than players with high-speed stats due to their sprinting style.

There are three different sprint styles in total: Explosive, Controlled, and Lengthy.

Explosive players are faster in short distances but then drop to a snail's pace. This category tends to cover smaller players.

The Controlled category tends to cover regular players and is at the same pace as it has been over the years.

Finally, Lengthy stats often attributed to taller players can completely change how you play, with their speed increasing the longer they run. If you manage to beat your first defender with a long stat, you will be so fast that no one can keep up.

Now many FUT players are already looking for ways to give themselves the best chance of winning every game in Division Rivals or FUT Champions. 

The new meta seems to revolve around Lengthy footballers with taller stature and can move well over longer distances, so it might be a good idea to meet some of the best people in this category.
