In short, it works like this:

3. Receive your Gamer Tokens in-game within 24 hours of claiming your reward on Twitch;

4. Follow more eligible events to earn more tokens;

5. Redeem your Gamer Tokens in-game for non-tradable pack rewards.

How to get a FIFA 23 FGS exchange?

You can earn a token by watching the FIFA Global Series on EA's Twitch channel for at least 60 minutes, in which players who reach the elite divisions in Division Rivals compete against each other to qualify for the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup. Remember you can only earn one token per event/weekend.

After claiming your reward on Twitch, you will be rewarded by linking your account the next time you log into FUT. You can only claim on one FUT club, so ensure you are logged in with the club you want to reward after claiming your reward.

During selected events, you will also be eligible to earn and claim up to four additional cosmetic items for your FUT Club based on how long you watch the stream.
